These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and purchases from 2BRO'S Ventures Ltd. Liability Company (doing business as “Nextinet”). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms.
Nextinet is the seller and merchant of record for purchases on this site. The payment appears under our statement descriptor (or our payment processor’s Connected Account descriptor). Platform software used to host checkout does not make the platform operator the seller of your order.

Orders and payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by our payment processor. We may cancel or refuse orders where fraud, sanctions risk, or unauthorized activity is suspected. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be estimated at checkout based on your location. As seller of record, Nextinet is responsible for determining and remitting taxes as required by law. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of purchased services in your jurisdiction beyond what we collect at checkout.
Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, you must keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You may not use our services for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity. See our Acceptable Use policy.
Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, and software we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. Purchased digital products are licensed for your lawful use under the scope described at purchase unless a separate license states otherwise.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the three (3) months before the claim, except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.

Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future purchases.
